We work hard to make our warehouse and listings as accurate as possible, to avoid any incorrect items being dispatched and to provide as much information as possible on our adverts. We also test all electronic products before they can go into stock, all of this is to streamline our process as much as possible.

If the item is incorrect or has a fault, you may be asked to provide us with a picture, we will then work to either have the goods returned to us or we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
