How to use a cock ring
First step is putting it on- best and easier to do when flaccid but with adjustable or stretchy rings they can be put on when hard. Always use lubricant as it will reduce friction and help prevent any pulling on pubic hair. When using cock and ball rings or anything around your scrotum, make sure you’re flaccid and put one ball through first, then the other, and adjust until the ring fits snugly around the scrotum. Then you can push your penis through the other ring. A cock ring should fit well- that is to say, tight but not constricting.
Safety first- cock rings should not be worn for longer than 20-30 minutes. If you want to go for longer take a ten minute break before putting it back on. There shouldn't be any pain or discomfort when wearing a ring properly- if there is you may need a bigger size. If there’s any numbness, change of colour to the penis, or coldness take the ring off immediately as it is cutting off circulation and NEVER use a numbing lube or delay spray with a ring as the numbing effect will mask if there’s something feeling wrong.
