Shipment Processing times
All orders placed before 4pm on a weekday are processed on the day. If the order is placed after this time it will be processed the following working day. This is excluding weekends and holidays. Anything ordered over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
International orders Placed before 4pm(UTC) on a weekday will be collected for delivery the following working day. Any orders placed over the weekend may not be collected for delivery until Tuesday.
While we promise that your parcel will be discreet will be discreet, some countries require a full itemised breakdown in list form of the package contents. Where we can we will list items such as dildos and vibrators as massagers however not all items can be described so vaguely.
We will always hide such itemised contents folded in half with the blank pages on the outside, tucked inside a 'documents enclosed file'. It will look like this:
What we cannot guarantee is once the list is removed and read by customs, that it will be put back in the same way.
We cannot guarantee specific international delivery times. The table below is only a rough estimate, based on data we have collected from previous international sales. It is likely your parcel could arrive both soon or later than estimated delivery times. You, the buyer, is responsible for paying any form of customs duty / charge / tax. It is your responsibility to understand the laws of the country you have ordered into. We strongly recommend you research in full to avoid any surprise fees/ regulations.
Please also remember, the UK is no longer part of the EU so previous laws may not apply as per before if you are ordering from an EU country.
General Terms & Returns
- Due to the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled if you wish to do so. Please make your purchase wisely.
- If the customer fails to collect the parcel and it is returned to us. We will provide a refund minus postage costs and any other costs we may have incurred.
- The customer is responsible for postage costs on returning an item unless faulty prior to dispatch.
- Clothing cannot show any signs of wear. This includes if the item has been stretched to fit your shape, it cannot be returned.
- Erotic underwear, under garments & stockings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Please check the UK dress sizes against the measurements provided on the size charts- measure yourself before ordering to pick the perfect size for yourself. UK dress sizes can vary from store to store & they vary between our own ranges as we work with various manufacturers.
- Items can only be returned if they are still sealed in the original packaging.
- International returns are at the buyers expense unless it is proven that the item was faulty before dispatch.
- If the item was damaged in transit, a claim must be made against the postal carrier for compensation.
- We go to great lengths to provide accurate measurements and specifications of our products. Including hand modelled images and videos. It is your responsibility to purchase wisely. If you want to return an item because you have changed your mind once receiving it and there is nothing wrong with it, you may return it in its original sealed packaging only and once again postage costs and any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not accept returns on any mystery boxes.
