Returns General Terms
1. All goods must be returned within 30 days of being received by the recipient.
2. The customer is responsible for postage costs on returning an item unless faulty prior to dispatch.
3. The item must be returned in the original packaging for resale.
4. Clothing cannot show any signs of wear. This includes if the item has been stretched to fit your shape, it cannot be returned.
5. Erotic underwear, undergarments & stockings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. All items must be unused.
Please check the UK dress sizes against the measurements provided on the size charts & measure yourself before ordering to pick the perfect size for yourself. UK dress sizes can vary from store to store & they vary between our own ranges as we work with various manufacturers.
